| Purpose: |
The
Executive Committee shall initiate the gathering
of information for strategic and business planning.
In addition, it shall have and exercise the authority
of the Board of Directors in the management of the
Academy between meetings of the Board, and shall
be considered a committee of the Board of Directors.
The designation of and the delegation of authority
to such committee shall not operate to relieve the
Board of Directors, or any individual Director,
of any responsibility imposed upon them by law.

| Membership: |
The
Executive Committee shall consist of the President
of the Academy, the President-Elect of the Academy,
the Immediate Past President of the Academy, the
Treasurer of the Academy, the Secretary of the Academy,
and the President of AG Bell or designee. |
| Meetings: |
The
committee shall convene three times annually or
as often as needed (in person and/or via conference
call) to manage the business of the organization. |

Authority |

To initiate gathering of information for strategic
and business planning purposes.

convene on matters requiring immediate action
which fall between meetings of the Board.
- To
address personnel issues
