Board Document Submission Guidelines
The
following guidelines have been established to ensure
clear and consistent presentation of items for the Board’s
consideration. Please be sure to read and comply
with all guidelines to ensure that the Board will review
your document. If you have any questions regarding
these guidelines, please refer them to Shantal
Hall, Certification Manager at 202-204-4700.
- Documents
must be submitted electronically, in Microsoft Word
or compatible format to Shantal
Hall .
- Documents
should follow the sample document format provided
below.
- Documents
must be submitted by the submission deadline for consideration.
Deadlines will be posted on the website under the
Board of Directors Meeting Dates section.
- The
Board may not consider your recommendation if all
of the above guidelines are not followed.

on why you are requesting this action. Section
should include 1) What prompted this request for recommendation,
2) the arguments for AND against the recommendation,
and 3) why it is important that this action be taken.
FINANCIAL
IMPACT STATEMENT: Please include what the financial
impact, if any, that the recommendation will have on
the Academy’s budget.
